McNabb Microfarm is a microgreens farm and vegan cottage food kitchen, producing “Super Seasonings,” made with dehydrated Microgreens as well as Vegan Ranch and Vegan Jalapeno Ranch also made using Microgreens. Vegan sweets are available at markets or for preorder. I make cakes, cupcakes, mini cakes, cheesecake, cookies and cookie cakes, all vegan, with organic ingredients. I have been baking since I was in college and love a challenge! I also make vegan “Micro Salads,” and pickled Microgreens in a variety of flavors.
