Terms and Conditions

We’re so glad you’re here and excited to be part of the Homemade Texas Verified Seller program. To keep the program meaningful and maintain a high-quality directory for customers and market partners, we ask that all participants agree to the following:

 

  • Verified Seller listings go through a review and approval process before being published. You’ll be asked to provide information such as your product labels and current food handler certification so we can complete your verification.
  • Listings are kept in draft status until all required information is received and approved. If we’re unable to complete your verification due to missing information or lack of response, your listing may remain unpublished.
  • We’ll make reasonable efforts to reach you if we need anything to finish your listing.
  • The $49 enrollment fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and administrative work involved in reviewing, verifying, and supporting each seller.
  • Verified Seller enrollment continues at $49 per year and renews on the anniversary of your original enrollment date. If your listing is not renewed, it will be automatically removed from the directory.
  • Verified Seller status is intended to reflect active, compliant sellers. Status may be removed if program standards are not maintained.
