I started doing flour tortillas about 2 years ago, is known that you learn that from Mother or Grandma in my case I learn from my 13 years old son, his grandma taught him, and I learned from him, I took me a while to learn then monitor shelf life after a few months I started giving them to neighbors hoping they will eventually buy from me, it happens but not as much as I thought, then I offered them to my very first store which is a dairy farm, eventually come another and another and with the new cottage food law I have grown !
I love making them and really care about quality ingredients.
In between I joined my local farmers market and started selling tortillas and sweet empanada, then started offering at some new stores, right now I have 7 stores!
