After retiring from my nursing career, I decided to pursue my other passion: baking. I started out with classic flavors then moved onto experimenting with fusion flavors. That turned into perfecting boozy cupcakes. Next came the floral cupcakes. OMG the challenges of creating flowers of all types and then making them into bouquets! Since it’s too hot here in Texas to be able to display cupcakes at an outside market without melting, I’ve ventured into other treats. Chocolate covered pretzel rods are a little easier to keep cool as are cake push-Ups. Cookies are always winners. I’m now expanding my menu to include garlic knots, herb rolls, sourdough and gourmet cinnamon rolls and monkey bread. I also offer herbed Amish butters in different
flavors as well as dry herb mixes.
