BelleVie Patisserie is a small, scratch-made home bakery located in Victoria, Texas, serving Victoria and the surrounding Crossroads area. What began as a love of baking has grown into a little business centered around beautiful desserts, quality ingredients, and the kind of baking that still feels homemade.

I specialize in scratch-made cheesecakes, pies, cookies, breads, cinnamon rolls, and other seasonal pastries and desserts, with a style that blends a little French-inspired patisserie with Southern comfort baking. Cheesecakes and pies are especially close to my heart, with flavors ranging from classics to creations like Biscoff Cookie Butter Cheesecake, Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake, Caramel Apple Cheesecake, Espresso and Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake, pecan pie, Dutch apple pie, key lime pie, and more.

Everything is made in small batches from my home bakery in Victoria, TX. I don’t operate a traditional storefront, so BelleVie products are available through preorders, special-order pickups, local vendor markets, festivals, pop-ups, and other events throughout Victoria and the surrounding area.

Menus change throughout the year, with seasonal flavors and special releases alongside customer favorites.
