Colibri Pasta makes traditional slow-dried and fresh pastas in small batches by hand. Pasta is available either through bi-weekly sales or by special order for pickup in North Austin. All dried pasta is made with organic Italian durum wheat, using bronze dies, and slow-dried using traditional methods for the best texture and flavor.
