I only bake with organic flour and grains, organic eggs and other clean, quality ingredients. I also offer a variety of scones, cookies and coffee cakes, all sourdough based. You can get my sourdough bakes by placing an order for porch pick up, or at a couple of local stores (see fb page for current restocks) and at Benbrook Artisans and Farmers Market. Flavors of artisan bread, scones, cookies and coffee cakes are usually rotated and includes seasonal options. My ingredients are non-GMO. I don’t use any ingredients that contain seed oils, preservatives, anti-caking agents or food dyes. My bakes are handmade in small batches and the breads and pastries are naturally long fermented for that amazing complex sourdough flavor.
