Our Texas Cottage Food business is Owned and Operated by Food Service Managers Randal and Alisa Williams. We primarily operate in DeSoto Texas and surrounding areas of Dallas Ft. Worth. Amongst the many food and dessert items we have prepared and shared with others, the one item we are broadly known for is “THE Butter Pound Cake”. Our cake existed and was shared with others long before it was officially established as a business in 2008. Because of its popular demand, we decided to make it official. Though our signature flavor is butter, we have added vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and lemon cake flavors with a variety of toppings like strawberry with whipped cream, caramel with pecans, cream cheese, to name a few.
