Loaves of Love

From homestead roots to Capitol steps, I bake to nourish bodies, uplift community, and protect food freedom – one loaf at a time. My focus is healthy family staples and processed alternatives. I do make occasional treats!

Valentine is the founder of Loaves of Love, a cottage bakery established in 2013, rotted in her homesteading childhood and lifelong passion for hospitality.  With a degree ih Health & Human Sciences, Former Gym Owner, Collegiate/Professional Athlete, Sports Model, and over 15 years in food, beverage, and event management, she brings both heart and expertise to every handmade loaf.  A longtime Texas Hill Country resident, Valentine now raises her family here and enjoys being part of the local food economy.  In 2025, she proudly stood at the Texas Capitol to support improved cottage food laws and protect food freedom statewide.
