welcome to the crunchy boule!

after moving to a small town last year, i started picking up delicious sourdough at the local markets and farm stands. i had always wanted to make my own, but i kept telling myself it was too much work. (spoiler alert: it is…)

i finally decided to give it a try! there have been some big wins, a few total flops, and a lot of joy in experimenting along the way. friends and family have been my lucky taste testers, and now i am excited to share the sourdough love with all of you!
