Simply Sourdough is an artisan cottage bakery owned and operated by Josi Bogdon in The Hills, Texas (serving Lakeway, Bee Cave, and the greater Travis County area). Born out of a deep passion for traditional, slow-fermented baking, Simply Sourdough creates small-batch artisan breads and baked goods crafted with care, simple high-quality ingredients, and extended fermentation for optimal gut health and flavor.
